In order for Talent Resource to ensure the quality and the commitment of the candidates presented to your organisation, Talent Resource ensures that all candidates are pre qualified.

How do we achieve this: All candidates are:

  • Interviewed three times
  • Psychometric tested
  • Competence Assessments
  • Reference & background checked
  • Qualifications are attested
  • Technically Tested (if appropriate)
  • Fully committed – All candidates sign a submission statement, disclaiming they have read the Job Description and have understood the terms and conditions of the role and are happy to be submitted to your organisation
